The Birth of a new Spirit

The miracle of a birth, of conception never really leaves me. Just looking at my daughter and seeing her tiny little hair growing in the base of her neck makes me think : "I made that", to watch her dancing away in a little tutu, stretching on her toes and twizzeling in sheer the delight makes me think " I made her", just little mini miracles occuring to me everyday. This reminded me of the time when I was pregnant and my awareness trying to connect with that newly conceived life within me. I have written an Audio Visual Poem "AWARE" for other pregnant mums to enjoy. Its a form of guided visualisation to relax you and enable you to feel the stirrings of a new soul inside you.
