Art is subjective, what moves one person does not even seem to touch another. I find it fascinating studying the different responses people have to my photographic work. Often moods are created, images seen by me.. yet another person will not see until shown.

an excercise:

try and walk outside, only in a small area and actively look for any image, any vision any pictures that captures your attention

Do not think why, just think what it is trying to show you

Are the colour reflecting your current mood?

Are there several images who's relationships mirror your own life situation?

Where you setting out to look for something specific and you found it in an unexpected place?

Try and capture natures little but immediate beauty, if not with a camera then inside your heart, capture it with your eyes and hold on to that image

When you are outside on a sunny day, look up and let the sky answer your question.

Cloud Scrying is one of my favourite ways to relax the mind and access the subconcious.

A Spiritual Art Exercise

Look at the picture of the flower.

Have you seen the relationship between the two flowers ?

Have you noticed the smaller one looks like child snuggling up inside the petal folds of mum?

Have you seen the light enering from the right, the remaining flower in the dark?

What does it mean to you?

What do you feel inspired to interpret?

Art is often looked at quickly and upon a second glance , when you let your whole being immerse itself into the picture, your subconcious reacts showing you what you need to see.
