Who is Lila*? A Woman on a joyful journey of spiritual self-discovery.
I am an artist, a mother, an entrepreneur, a photographer, a creative spirit enjoying life to the full. I am an initiator, a facilitator and creative web-designer. I enjoy introducing people to their artful spiritual self by sharing my personal experiences, enabling women to feel free to burst open their own cocoons and dry off their newly glistening wings mid-flight.
I enjoy harnessing raw energy and making it my own, learning everyday new what it means to me to be alive.
I faithfully let my intuition guide me and always follow my own *Star* I enjoy learning, sharing, teaching and connecting with women all over the world honouring our differences and sharing our likeness. With this amazing advance in computer technology it is now possible to communicate with people all over the planet, people I would have never met. My joy in life is variety, I am an aries and almost always on fire. I love taking a peek at everything there is out there, life is so colourful and there for the asking. I am a medical research officer, having worked in a hospital laboratory for the best part of my twenties. I became an airline stewardess to explore the world, worked as a dinner lady in a school just to see what it was like, toasted bagels, stuffed envelopes and I always had fun and learned. I like dancing, I like music… Stacey Kent, Eva Cassidy, Bjork, Dire Straits, 4 Non Blondes, Tom Waits, Pink, Santana, Alanis Morrisette, Gerry Rafferty , Jazz, Disco, Pop whatever gets my toes wriggling. I meditate, I read, I teach, I grow...
Currently I am the owner of an art shop and designer of innovative art ephemera. I love watching people taking that first step past the “ Ohh I wish I could do art, but I am not artistic at all “ comment. To enable people to soar, to facilitate the leap, to see them spread their wings and cruise happily is a wonderful feeling. After becoming a mother 4 years ago life has changed and openend up areas within me I never knew existed. It is as if I suddenly past a door that has been firmly locked since I can remember wondering about it. Slowly I am moving from room to room, exploring, accepting, disregarding, learning and trusting as I go along. I am now consciously pursuing a path of spiritual self discovery combined with artful, creative expression. I have never been happier than in the NOW. I hope you will enjoy walking alongside me. And oh I nearly forgot :-)
