When I write, some part of me quietens down, letting instinct and inner need to express take over without judging what enters the page.
I reflect on life, myself, my loves, and write away goals and intentions, observations, thoughts, opinions - anything that presents itself during the flow, freely releasing it into the universe.
Journaling for Women can be especially intriquing when charting ones moods and emotions in relaton to the phases of the moon.
