Pregnancy is a very special time in a woman's life. If it is your first time an amazing flood of emotions can be unleashed which I was totally unprepared for. Taking care of your physical and spiritual body is extra important during this time. To really connect with the magnificence of this creation of life is an experience that is simply amazing. Women's Health & Pregnancy Tools are vital to keep yourself in shape , and enable you to reach out and deep within.

Labour is the last stage of unknowing, the surprise, the anticipation can be immense. Spiritually you have connected with your unborn child for months, maybe enjoyed the above pregnancy poem enabling you to see and feel within. Now its time to look after yourself one more time, to smoothly facilitate the beginning of life for your child outside your womb.

Ohh , this just brings up so many memories, let me show you some of my favourite products for this special time . ( I still feel my husbands soothing hands on my belly, gently massaging in our oil . This was also a special way for him to connect and feel those amazing little kicks from inside)

Ohh and nothing better then a wonderful soak in the bath after an exhausting time. I still remember snuggling up with this little tiny newborn girl, gently splashing water over her back as I gazed in amazement at this wonderful creation.
